Health - All rabbits will be healthy to the best of my knowledge at time of sale! I will give a full health inspection to each rabbit before time of sale and if they do not all check out completely, I will notify you and give the option of a replacement rabbit or refund your deposit (Note: this is the only time I will refund money) .
Refunds - I generally have a No refund policy! However if something should happen to a rabbit you have on hold, I will give the option of a replacement rabbit or refund your deposit! Once the rabbit leaves my care, I cannot refund your money. If you should find you are no longer able to care for the rabbit, I will take them back and try to find them a more suitable home. However I will not refund your money and you are responsible for making arrangements to meet with me!
Deposit - I require a 50% deposit to hold a rabbit (postal money order or cash). After the deposit is received I will hold the rabbit for up to two weeks (unless other arrangements are made). If the rabbit has not been picked up in the amount of time given or at the said date, It will be put back up for sale and your deposit is forfeited. All Rabbits are Cherokee Pride's property untill paid in full. If you pay the full amount for a rabbit and have not picked the rabbit up within the two weeks given you will then be charged $1.00 a day for board of your bunny (unless other arrangements are made).
Shipping - I do not ship rabbits at this time. I will sometimes meet people,but may require a fee for gas and time. Unless you have made arrangements with me to meet somewhere, You are responsible for picking up the rabbit. " I do not allow visitors in my rabbitry ( I will meet you at a public place in my hometown) I have my no visitors rule for two very important reasons! I maintain a very healthy strong herd and have a very strict quarantine policy to keep it that way, so I do not want the health of any of my rabbits compromised by diseases being brought in by strangers and I don't want strangers around my kindling does either." I require the remainder of the amount for the rabbit to be paid in full at the time of pickup (cash or postal money order) and you need to bring a carrier to take your new rabbit home.
Gender - I do not gaurantee gender, I do my best to correctly sex all of the kits however it happens sometimes! Usually I will work with you on this to make sure you get what you are wanting, but if I don't have a replacement rabbit at the time I cannot refund your money.
All new owners will receive a copy of this sales policy upon time of sale! All rabbits at Cherokee Pride are under contract with this policy unless other agreements and or arrangements have been made. Thank you for taking the time to read my sales policy!
